Site layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
